 A bubble film bag making machine is a device used to produce various plastic packaging bags or bags made of other materials. It can process packaging bags of different sizes, thicknesses, and specifications using plastic or other materials. A bag making machine consists of multiple systems; first, let's understand the cutting system. The cutting system of the bag making machine is composed of a cutting knife, length adjuster, overrunning clutch, welding line adjuster, and other components.
  1. Cutting Knife
    It is the most important component of the system. Adopting a moving knife and sliding guide, it features a spring-loaded floating mechanism, with both upper and lower knives adjustable. Equipped with adjusting screws, it can be used to adjust the tightness of the cutting knife, effectively resolving difficulties in cutting raw materials.
  2. Bag Length Adjuster
    The bag length is adjusted by changing the position of the connecting rod sleeve on the eccentric carriage. The bag size is regulated through the tension handwheel and nuts.
  3. Overrunning Clutch
    The medium-plastic overrunning clutch is a crucial part of the machine. Its quality and performance directly affect the error in product length. However, due to high operating frequency during use, its service life is limited. If errors in bag length occur during production (usually after six months of continuous operation) and other faults have been ruled out without resolution, the clutch can be disassembled for inspection and maintenance.
  4. Adjustment of Distance Between Welding Line and Cutting Line
    The distance between the welding line and the cutting line is generally 5—10mm. Rotate the handwheel on the adjustment frame to raise or lower the crossbeam roller by a certain distance to achieve the ideal cutting line. To facilitate observing the welding quality, the welding position of the single bottom line can be adjusted to the outer end of the machine's cutting knife. If the welding line is not parallel to the bottom line, loosen the fixing screw of one bevel gear, rotate the handwheel to raise or lower one end of the crossbeam roller, and then lock the gear screw after stable production.
  5. Welding Knife Adjustment Method
    Place a piece of thin paper on the support base. Manually rotate the large handwheel inside the machine box to bring the welding knife to the bottom dead center. Loosen the nut and adjusting bolt, then manually test the pressing force at both ends of the thin paper until it is approximately uniform. After adjustment, lock the nut to prevent loosening.
  6. Automatic Photoelectric Control Feeding Device
    Composed of a servo motor, feeding rubber roller, photoelectric film shutter, curtain, photoelectric tracker, and electrical control lines, this device functions to maintain stable film feeding during production. When the machine is running, if the film feeding speed is too fast and blocks the photoelectric beam, the device will issue an instruction to stop the motor and feeding.
In recent years, although the annual growth rate of China's packaging industry ranks first among traditional industries, to integrate with the international market, it is necessary to accelerate the development of packaging technology, moving towards economy, high efficiency, and multi-functionality.
